| About the Department |
Civil engg dept was established in 2007 with an intake of 60 students which was later enhanced to 120.The first batch of students will pass out of the Institution this academic year(2010-2011)Faculty members strive to create conducive atmosphere for students to excel in academics ,curricular, co curricular and extracurricular activities. Faculty of the dept handle courses for students of other disciplines also.
Faculty are given plenty of opportunities for professional development and research. Specific action is being initiated towards establishing centers of excellence, consultancy and extensive interaction with the industry so that both faculty and students get exposure to engineering practices.
