Learning is a Continuous Process. Teachers have to learn new methodologies to train their students to excel in their career. Task Oriented Teaching(TOT-08) is a New Paradigm. This programme is aimed at making this TOT-08 a popular one. It throws light on a range of task sequences suitable for all levels of learners. The idea is based firmly in the classroom and includes contributions from teachers from around the world who are enthusiastic about task-oriented teaching.

The programme aspires to build up the relationship amongst research, teaching, tasks and seeks to clarify the issues raised by recent works in this field. It shows how research and task-oriented teaching can mutually handle each other and illuminates the areas of task-oriented course design, methodology, and assessment and provides a scope to an area of contemporary importance in teaching.
